From what I’ve read and based on circadian rhythms and the postprandial state of each nutrient, I would recommend carb-heavy meals in the early wake period and fat-heavy meals in the late wake period. The postprandial state of CHO is 2–3 hours while the postprandial state of lipids is 12ish hours. Possibly have the first meal an hour or two after waking and a second meal 4ish hours after that.
